Disappointed
Pros:

The room was clean. The guard was helpful and kind to accommodate us.

Cons:

The host was very unprofessional. First, we were given a different unit than what was originally posted. Second, we were not informed that we needed to find our own parking, even though we mentioned beforehand that we would be bringing a car. Unlike other bookings we’ve had, this host sent the house rules first before providing the entry and access instructions, which caused unnecessary confusion.

I repeatedly asked if we needed any keys or a lockbox password, but we never received clear instructions. When we arrived, we found the door already unlocked and were surprised to see that the interior was completely different from what was posted. Only then did the host explain that she had transferred us to another unit due to a problem with the original one—without informing us ahead of time.

When we raised the parking issue, instead of helping, the host argued with us and simply told us to “ask the guard.” Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service made this a very disappointing experience. The main reason we booked a room was to have a good and comfortable rest. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the complete opposite, which led us to look for another place in the middle of the night.
