Very cozy place!
Pros:

A very cozy place. Fast and independent check-in. Clean room and bathroom. The kitchen is shared, but it seems we were the only ones in the hotel, and this was not a problem for us. The kitchen has everything you need. A very nice balcony with a picturesque view of the city. Free parking. Dog friendly!

The city is an ideal stop, not crowded and atmospheric. A quiet area. Few minutes from the place there are good restaurants. We recommend “Tutto Benne” for a good pizza, “Zum Bergquell” for good beer, “Cafe Zapprun” for cakes and good coffee.

A good place to explore neighboring cities. We visited Goslar, Wernigerode, and went on a hike to Thale. Overall, the price-quality ratio is good. We loved our holidays at “Haus Sabine” and will love to come back.

Cons:

The walls may be too thin, it’s possible that you will hear your neighbors, but it didn't bother us. It's also a pity that bed linens are extra. We brought our own.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gemütlich.

Cons:

Als es schneite, wurde der Weg nicht richtig geräumt und ich kam mit meinem Auto morgens nur schwer raus. Ich musste selber erstmal Schnee schaufeln.

Pros:

Gefallen hat uns sehr die Lage und die Kommunikation mit der Zimmerverwaltung!

Cons:

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein älteres Haus und die Zwischendecke knartzt ziemlich. Wir hatten jeden Morgen ab ca. 6 Uhr das Gefühl, dass die Person(en) über uns ständig und übermäßig viel hin und her laufen.
Zudem waren Leute im gleichen Zeitraum untergebracht, die meinten, abends 21:30 Uhr noch zu kochen und nachts um 1:30 Uhr das Essen nochmal aufzuwärmen. Wäre alles kein Problem, wenn man sich dann in Zimmerlautstärke unterhalten hätte und die Zimmertüren und Schranktüren der Küche am Griff geschlossen hätte und nicht zufallen lassen würde. Dies war wirklich extrem nervig.
Deshalb würden wir die Unterkunft nicht wieder buchen und auch niemanden weiterempfehlen, der Ruhe und Entspannung sucht

Pros:

Die Lage auch ohne Schnee hatten wir ein super Sonntag bei Sonnenschein.Bei Puppes schmeckte der Glühwein wie im jeden Jahr lecker 😋 und wir haben es endlich geschafft mit der Wurmbergseilbahn zu fahren.

Cons:

Die Gemeinschaftsküche hat uns nicht gefallen bei Buchung wurde es nicht so übermittelt
