Location great, easygoing and accommodating staff, beautiful plantings in the common spaces, comfortable private space.
Needed more protein at breakfast, although they did provide eggs one day with advance request. Otherwise, pancakes and fruit is a lot of carbs! All delicious though.
We asked to change rooms because the hot water flow was inadequate to make a real shower.

Ideal location the property has an ideal colonial feel about it. That was such an old building you will expect a little bit of noise. The bed was comfortable The room was a good size. A shower was adequate the location was ideal. The price was perfect. The breakfast was tasty and the rooftop bar was excellent.

Not the best room experience
The view from the roof of Acatenango was awesome and they had cute furniture up there to hang out.
Shower was not great, hot water and pressure were an issue. The staff tried to fix it, but it was not great. Also, there is construction going on in the building next door (out the window of my room) and they worked until midnight with loud power tools - not the hotel's fault, but was annoying. The room was pricey compared to other comparable hotels.
