It's not good place to stay and not vLue for money
Pros:

Nothing it's not good hotel and we have paid in the hotel with out staying for 2 days... Staff behavior is worse.. Rooms are very small and not Cupboards also available... Only four rooms are available and it's not recommended

Good stay, ensure the location meets your expectations.
Pros:

The room is clean and takes care of all the basics. The location is the top floor of a mall type building. This seems to be a common feature of all hotels in the area.
Staff is friendly but the layout of the place is such that they happen to sit right outside your door.
