Reliable hotel with secure bicycle storage
Pros:

Very central in Noyon, secure cycle storage, comfortable bed, helpful receptionist. And there was a coffee machine in the bedroom. Great view of the cathedral from the hotel.

Cons:

TV did not work, breakfast was just OK

Very welcoming staff, very centrally positioned, next to the cathedral. Very comfortable room on a quiet road. Coffee machine in the room and access to hot water for tea. Lots of local places for evening means
