Everything is fine for a one night stay
Pros:

It was exactly like you expect it to be. Run down of course but for the area view and cleanliness everything in those regards was good

Cons:

The bathroom. The wet floor and lights wouldn’t stay on.

Good stay, friendly welcome in a well kept Hotel with indications of a state-socialist past
Pros:

Nice welcome at arriving, small mistake with giving me the right room key but fine, can happen. I liked the rooms, however it is not new but clean, good beds, also the bathroom, typical Bulgarian standard with a sink in the ground for shower. so for the not so excellent basis much care is taken to keep it a bit up to date. It is imperfect but affordable. Yes, the view to Vitosha was great! Trust the restaurant, it serves many persons and is of good quality, fresh prepared food at affordable costs.

Cons:

Oh, yes the years when it was built area good excuse of the not so good substance of the visible things of the building, but all is well maintained and works good. The post socialist era of renovation has also left its traces, so the lack of professionals e.g. for plumbing works are visible, but it works and rather makes you smile (me at least).

Pros:

Balcony with nice view, silence around, location, and very kind staff. There was some issue with my card for the booking, as payment was at place, however they still kept the rooms for me.

Pros:

Solo female traveller, management and staff made me feel very welcome. Room was clean ans basic, if you need anything just ask as they are happy to help.

Shops aren't far, everything you need within 5/10min walk.

Short taxi ride to/from the airport, perfect for over night stays.

Thank you ever so much, I will be back again

Cons:

There is nothing to not like. I would only make 1 suggestion. It would be good if the restaurant menu was also in English, I think this would help make more sales.

Exceeded my expectations.
Pros:

High quality of service. Personnel and management are good and resolutive. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. I definitely want to come again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🌟

Cons:

Little precaution word for traveler. Wifi. Come with your functional esim gbs (A1 5G is blazing fast). This is a sports oriented Hotel. But for the price it is fair. Loved everything else. I would come back again. Bad reviews seen I think are not fair. Everything else is good 🌟
