Good place to stay while waiting for your flight.
Pros:

Room was clean with enough space and amenities. I really liked that host provided drinking water. Also, this place within walking distance to the airport via bridge.

Cons:

Room was advertised as being with balcony, however, that was not the case. The balcony was converted to the a nook. Also, the AC was very noisy - did not use it much because it was cool for Manila anyway.

I would never book again!

Maybe the Pool outside

Cons:

Dirty bathroom…not one, not 2 but lots of cockroaches in the bath and living room. Bathroom fan as loud as if you were sitting next to the turbine on an airplane. Staff smiled it away, not even offered another room. No response to refund messages. Just wanted to spend a short night there to be close to the airport...biggest mistake. Price-performance ratio absolutely subterranean. Every hostel I visited in the Philippines was cleaner.

Great airport apartment
Pros:

Great location, about 5 minutes walk away from the sky bridge over the motorway to the airport (T3). The host contacted me before our trip explaining the route and it was easy to check in, just make sure to reply to the host as the reception needs to know you’re coming.

Cons:

Expensive for what it is but I think that is just the Philippines.
