El desayuno y el personal. El tamaño de la habitación depende del precio

Cons:

La foto de la habitación que publica Booking no es la real. La habitación que tomamos era excesivamente pequeña.
Tuvimos que pagar mucho mas para poder obtener una habitación cómoda. Booking debería tener mas cuidado con las fotos de las habitaciones que ofrece.

Cons:

Estivemos hospedados por 7 dias e não visualizamos o gerente do hotel;
Os pedidos no café da manhã não são anotados pelos atendentes, motivo pelo qual nunca vem corretamente;
Pelo preço cobrado o serviço deveria ser bem melhor.

El aire acondicionado recién prendido comenzó a largar agua en mi cara, se le aviso a recepción y justo después de volver de 2 horas de piscina y playa recién estaban arreglando el aire, por lo demás 10/10.

Ubicación única en Punta del este, sobre playa excelente.

Cons:

No hubo nada que no gustara. Solo alguna observación ya que es inicio de temporada: sugiero colocar barandilla para descender los 6 escalones existentes para llegar a las habitaciones que están a otro nivel y colocar papeleras para objetos reciclables en las habitaciones.

Salida al mar, desayunador con vista al mar y sector al aire libre.

Cons:

Que no informen que había dos eventos en un mismo finde largo que implicó, no tener disponible el sector pileta, el sector desayuno al aire libre, dificultó el descanso. Y de cortesía te ofrecían late checkout y un chanpagne cuando la estadía del finde eran casi 2000 usd. Ambos días posterior a las fiestas uno perdía la mañana durmiendo y la verdad no estuvo para nada bueno.
