Pros:

The facilities, like the pool, are really nice and there is a store, restaurant, etc. all directly on the property, and the property has a 24-hour doorman so I always felt safe even coming back late.

Cons:

I felt the room was not bad, but it definitely was not worth the price I paid for it. For a week, I would've been more comfortable paying around $300 for this room. It is veryyyy small, which was not really an issue, but it advertised a "mountain view" and I would not describe the view as that (more like view of some trees). One of windows would not close resulting in me getting bit by bugs alllll night and allll over my legs. The room was dirty when I first got there, hair and dead bugs in the bed and stains all over the bed, sheets, towels, and pillows. The Wi-Fi was also not reliable at all and would go in and out constantly. Plus, it could not support more than one device at a time (I would have to disconnect one phone or device in order for the Wi-Fi to work better), so if you rely on Wi-Fi for your trip think about it. Lastly, it is a lot farther from the beach than advertised and plus the beach that is closest to the property is dead and not a lot of activity or action, so if you're looking for a more "authentic" Copacabana beach experience you will either have to walk 20/30+ minutes or Uber. Not a bad property, I just felt some things were advertised better than reality and it definitely was not worth the amount I paid!

Excellent place to stay for 1-2 travellers who want a peaceful stay
Pros:

Excellent location, strong A/C, comfortable bed, great TV, perfect communication from the host. Quiet room despite being next to the tunnel/highway! Loved staying here- would stay here again.
