Pros:

I have traveled exstensively in India so my expectations are in check. The area of colaba, Mumbai where this hotel is located is convenient for sightseeing and restaurants. The downside is that all of the hotels in this area are shabby thrown together flop houses. I suspect all owned by the same enterprise, otherwise, competition would not allow such gross negligence. The room was crawling with roaches, no ac, wifi sketchy, small room, more like a cell. Outside are beggers and sales people to harass you from the moment you appear, filthy street and some guys always welding electronics right in the doorway. $40 a night for a $10 room.
