beautiful property, cosy room and fabulous 3 stars restaurant
Pros:

I enjoyed the 3 stars restaurants , the sommelier, the chef and the room

Cons:

The service at the bistrot was so poor that really surprised me.....the manager was not checking at all!!! disaster ( sorry)

Bel hôtel bien situé mais service pas assez professionnel.
Pros:

Parfaitement situé proche du circuit. Belle vue et beaux espaces. Voituriers sympathiques. Chambres traditionnelles. Bar agréable. Bonne cuisine.

Cons:

Service moyen. Personnel parfois peu formé et manquant de tact. Réservation au restaurant acceptée puis annulée. Prix petit déjeuner très élevé.

Séjour parfait et magique.
Pros:

La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. La vue et le confort des chambres villas. Un grand bravo au personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur humour. Restaurant San Feliche excellent, un grand merci a Titouan et le reste de l’équipe pour le service aux petits oignons ! Nous reviendrons.

Die Lage und der Garten ist traumhaft schön. Der Voitureier war super nett und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider war der ganze Service schlecht. Wir wurden gesammelt mit anderen Gästen zum Zimmer gebracht. Dann auch noch ins falsche Zimmer einquartiert. Das Essen vom Roomservice war kalt und nach dem aufwärmen ungenießbar.
Als wir zum Frühstück kamen wurden wir gefragt ob wir eine Reservation haben. Die Rechnung vom Frühstück wurden uns direkt nach der Bestellung a den Tisch gebracht, bevor wir gefrühstückt hatten. Der Service hat nichts mit einem 5 Sterne Hotel zu tun.
