Not very clean at all.
When I arrived, first receptionist was kind. I checked in. I was very tired. I noticed the bedspread was somewhat wrinkled. I moved the bedspread, I noticed there were some lints and hair. It looked like someone had already slept in it. Anyway, there were two ladies were not professional. One of them said, if you don't like it, you can check out and refund your money. I was so tired that I was not going to look for another motel. I asked another room. Finally, I got another one . The young man was kind and helpful to get me a portable heater. Because the heater was not working, there was no hot water. The breakfast was included but I did not want to stay any longer and left early. I asked the young man to tell the owner to fire those two ladies. This was my experience.
I think the the staff must be trained for a better customer service.

Surprisingly quiet. Room was clean. Staff pleasant.
Other guests encountered, mostly adult men, were pleasant and respectful.
Welcoming to our pets in the area for a dog show.
Nonfunctional locks on exterior doors.
Young men climbing into ground floor rooms thru broken screens.
A bit unnerving for women traveling alone.
But we didn't feel particularly unsafe.

Location
Tv didn’t work. Maintenance staff woke me up to caulk trim inside the door of the room. Breakfast was advertised as included and there was not even coffee available at 630a
The smoke detector was hanging by wires off the ceiling. Not one chair in the room. One night stand, but no light or clock. The refrigerator had someone else’s stuff still in it. The pillows were terrible (I bought a new one).
This motel is terrible. Booking.com totally mis-represented this property.

The sheets had some black specks and debris on it. Couldn't quite tell what it was
Didn't have room ready. Only 2 towels for 3 night stay. So got our own towels. Roaches in room and very noisy. Do not recommend
The staff was really nice.
The hotel had a really bad smell when first walking in. Our room also had a weird old smell. The female that cleaned our room told us the ac sounds really loud. She wasn’t lying, it sounded like it was going to blow up literally. Kept us awake all night. Was kind of scary sounding. The mattress was also broken, the springs inside of it, so it had a bend in it. The refrigerator in our room also looked like someone smashed the whole front of it, but it worked ok. There was also a lot of different colored hairs stacked up behind the bathroom door like they don’t really sweep behind the door much. It was a good price but just overall not a good hotel stay. The air conditioner was the worst part, didn’t sleep at all.
