Pleasantly surprised!
Pros:

Excellent location. Room was clean. Overall it was a good value for my needs. Was pleasantly surprised considering it was an older motel. I would not hesitate to stay there for future visits to the area.

Cons:

If I am being critical, some upkeep and maintenance was needed. Shutters were damaged in the room. Coffee maker in the office area was not sufficient to keep up with the morning demands.

Pros:

For all of it's issues, it's clean.

Cons:

It's dingy. There are stains and obvious discoloration everywhere, cigarette marks in the blankets and mattress, and it smelled. Couldn't decide of menthol cigarettes or incense.

Also there was a door couldn't be locked from our aide in the room and felt dangerous.

Best Motel6 in OC!!
Pros:

Quiet and clean. Nice area. Best Motel6 in OC!

Cons:

My neighbor knocks on the wall when the TV volume is up past 10-11... It's ridiculous!
He sucks! But the Motel6 is A1!
