Obiekt jest ogrodzony i na jego terenie są psy i koty, które załatwiają się tam, co niestety czuć. Na posadzce są kafelki, więc zmycie tego jest dość proste i szybkie, jednak zapach pozostaje... Na początku pobytu nie działał podgrzewacz przepływowy pod prysznicem, na szczęście po zgłoszeniu udało się to naprawić, choć ciśnienie wody cały czas było marne. W pokoju jest klimatyzacja, która działała cicho, jednak śmierdziało z niej grzybem, więc korzystaliśmy tylko z wiatraka na suficie. W pokoju unosił się zapach stęchlizny... mieliśmy otwarte okna prawie cały czas z zasuniętą moskitierą i włączonym wiatrakiem, więc częściowo udało nam się tego pozbyć. A może przyzwyczailiśmy się do tego? Lokalizacja hostelu jest niestety przy ruchliwej uliczce. W ciągu dnia i nocą przejezdzają tamtendy motory, naprawdę głośno je słychać. Oprócz tego naprzeciwko hostelu jakcyś ludzie hodują koguty, zapewne do walk. Pianie kogutów zaczyna się naprawdę wcześnie i jest mocno słyszalne...

Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel, où l’on se rend tristement compte de la méchanceté humaine…

Nous y avons passé 4 nuits et avons constaté que des chiots restaient enfermés jour et nuit dans de petites cages, sans jamais sortir ni avoir le moindre contact extérieur. Leur vieux chien, un croisé husky, est quant à lui condamné à rester sur une terrasse carrelée, sans promenade, même pas pour ses besoins. Traiter les animaux de cette manière est tout simplement affligeant.

À cela s’ajoute l’emplacement : l’hôtel donne directement sur la rue principale, très passante. Les nuits y sont bruyantes et si vous espérez faire la grasse matinée, mieux vaut oublier...

Absolutely disgusting – should be shut down

This place is an absolute nightmare and should be closed immediately.

The accommodation is completely unsanitary. There is dog feces and dog urine literally everywhere, on the floors, in common areas, and around the rooms. The smell is unbearable, a strong, rotten dog odor that makes you feel sick the moment you walk in.

The reception area is full of puppies lying in their own urine and feces, which is both disgusting and heartbreaking. Dogs are locked in horrible conditions, some clearly sick and even paralyzed, sleeping on the floor right in front of our door. This is not “animal-friendly” — this is pure animal abuse.

The whole place is an abomination. It’s filthy, unsafe, and completely disrespectful to guests and animals alike.

On top of that, we were scammed with the laundry service: our clothes came back smelling like rotten dog, worse than before washing. Absolutely unacceptable.

And to make things even worse, the staff was awful — rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn’t care at all about hygiene, guests, or animal welfare.

This is hands down the worst place I have ever stayed. Disgusting, unethical, and shameful.
Avoid at all costs.
