DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! THE HOST IS COMPLETELY UNRESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I SENT MULTIPLE MESSAGES ASKING FOR BASIC ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS AND I WAS IGNORED FOR OVER 48 HOURS.
COMMUNICATION WITH THE HOST WAS NON-EXISTENT. I REACHED OUT MULTIPLE TIMES ASKING FOR BASIC INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO ENTER THE BUILDING, AND I WAS MET WITH TOTAL SILENCE. IT IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE TO LEAVE A GUEST STRANDED IN A FOREIGN CITY WITHOUT CHECK-IN DETAILS. I HAD TO WAIT OVER 48 HOURS FOR A SINGLE RESPONSE. THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM IS A BLATANT VIOLATION OF ANY HOSPITALITY STANDARDS.
WHEN I FINALLY GOT A RESPONSE, I DID NOT EVEN GET THE ROOM I PAID FOR. IT WAS A "BAIT AND SWITCH" SITUATION WHERE THEY TRIED TO PUSH ME INTO A MUCH SMALLER, INFERIOR ROOM THAT WAS NOT AS ADVERTISED. IT WAS DISGUSTING AND DISHONEST.
BECAUSE THE HOST REFUSED TO COMMUNICATE AND PROVIDED A ROOM THAT WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED, I WAS FORCED TO FIND AND PAY FOR ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATION AT THE LAST MINUTE. THE MONEY I PAID FOR THIS BOOKING HAS COMPLETELY GONE TO WASTE BECAUSE OF YOUR TOTAL DISREGARD FOR YOUR GUESTS.
FINAL DEMAND
I AM DEMANDING A FULL REFUND FOR THIS STAY IMMEDIATELY. YOU DID NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE ADVERTISED, YOU IGNORED MY MESSAGES FOR TWO DAYS, AND YOU BREACHED THE CONTRACT OF THE BOOKING.
IF THIS IS NOT RESOLVED IMMEDIATELY, I WILL BE ESCALATING THIS CASE TO THE PLATFORM’S CORPORATE MEDIATION TEAM, FILING A FORMAL DISPUTE WITH MY BANK, AND LEAVING A DETAILED WARNING FOR ALL FUTURE TRAVELERS ON EVERY MAJOR REVIEW SITE.
I EXPECT A CONFIRMATION OF MY REFUND WITHIN 24 HOURS.
MY MONEY WAS COMPLETELY WASTED. SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE AND THE STRESS—BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ON THIS PLATFORM!

Las toallas eran pequeñas y se oía la habitación colindante

Me alojé en este apartamento en Budapest y, aunque la ubicación es bastante buena, lamentablemente no fue una experiencia positiva. A pesar de haber pagado un extra por la limpieza, el apartamento estaba sucio: había restos de comida en la cocina,luego en nuestra habitación habían humedades en las paredes, el suelo estaba sucio, lo único q no estaba sucio eran las sábanas de la habitación q estaban rotas y el sofá cama era muy incómodo y estaba en mal estado, con manchas de haber estado mucho tiempo. Además, no había paredes separando las habitaciones, solo puertas bloqueadas por muebles, lo que hacía que se viera todo a través de las ranuras. No lo recomendaría a quienes busquen comodidad o privacidad. Además no los dieron ninguna solución, ni de limpieza ni nada. Nos tuvimos q buscar otro apartamento porque era imposible de estar allí cómodas, el cual nos valió lo mismo que este y no tuvimos ningún problema con la limpieza ni el apartamento. Además la zona de este apartamento no es muy recomendable, es muy poco segura así que recomiendo que busquen otras zonas menos conflictivas.

What a regretful stay for us as a family of 4... Here is why we recommend never to rent this property, we were deceived and mistreated from this owner:

1. We had specified it was my daughter's 14th birthday and when we arrived and found out we were accommodated in a very tiny room they told us was a 'quadruple', with a double bed and a sofa right next to it and no space to deambulate at all (we also had a 7 year old wth us) we felt we were deceived and not given the room we booked originally (when sent pictures of the room with Booking confirmation the owner replied several times he could "not see the pictures, only the text in our email'). The owner kept insisting that all rooms were 'the same size' and that the other room we had booked had tenants in.
2. We were lied to several times, as we were told that a family of 4 had booked the other room and that we could not be moved in there as they were already there. We were also told we had to pay for cleaning if we wanted to move. We heard no noise from the adjacent room for the whole day though and found out in the morning that the room had been empty (a lot more spacious and clean too). So when we challenged the owner that we could have stayed there for the night, we were told that they would arrive on the day, which they did not. Eventually, on the third day, 3 young girls arrived in the late afternoon, they would have perfectly fit in our room, only the owner did never bother to accomodate our requests; they also did not spend much time in the room at all!
3. The property is rather shabby, with only a shared bathroom with tub and a well-torn wc. The area is quite rough, particularly at night.
4. Poor and dishonest communication - apart from the above, we had also asked for an extra blanket for our 7 year old and it never reached us.

Було дуже холодно, батареї опалювались, але через високі стелі, це тепло взагалі не відчувалось. У нас була одна тонка ковдра на двох, чого не було достатньо. Підлога була холодна, і більшість часу мокра та брудна. У ванній в раковині кран стоїть настільки високо, що коли ти його відкриваєш, вся вода ллється на тебе. Також незрозуміло з тим, як заходити в квартиру, якщо тільки одна людина, тому що обоє дверей відчиняються з чіпом, який лежить біля барбершопу. Не вистачало рушників, освіжувачів повітря в туалеті.

Ich hatte Thao Mac am 2. Tag mitgeteilt, dass die Heizung nicht ausreichend sei und sie möge mir bitte ein Ersatzheizgerät geben:

Alles ist in Ordnung, die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Nur die elektrische Heizung (die weiße) funktioniert nicht. Könnten Sie mir bitte eine neue schicken? Es ist zwar nicht kalt im Zimmer, aber mit der mobilen Heizung wäre es etwas wärmer.

Sie hat das Problem nicht gelöst und ich habe während meines ganzen Aufenthaltes gefroren.
Außerdem kleine Sauberkeitsmängel im Toilettenfenster und allgemein Wartungsdetails.
Das Image bei Booking stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein.

Olyan nem volt. Viszont annyit még létnek felszerelésként hogy, vágó kés, amivel lehet szemetelni, vágni, hogy főzni tudjon az ember!

Foglaláskor választható volt, hogy egy szoba vagy kettő. Árban nem volt szinte különbség, emiatt a kettőt választottam. Mégis egy szobát kaptunk. A hirdetésben nem szerepel, hogy egy szobát bérelsz és nem apartmant. Ez egy lakás három szobával, amiket külön kiadnak. A konyha, a fürdő és a toalett KÖZÖS. Ezt mi nem bírjuk.
Az már az én hibám, hogy számíthattam rá, hogy a belváros hangos. Az ablak a József körútra néz. Szombaton hajnal 3-ig komoly forgalom, villamos megálló miatti fékezés, indulás, stb. Alig aludtunk...
