It was a horrible experience. I had to search for other property even after pre booking it.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

I had paid the advance amount and booked the property before reaching a few days ago.
Only 2 hours before reaching the property they said they are overbooked. It caused great inconvenience.

we have not received the bill nor the receipts on payment of full amount on the first day of entry.

Pros:

None. Wasted money by choosing this hotel.
Bookings.com shouldn’t promote such properties with this much inflated rates. Just a single AC room and charges more than 5k per night per room. Hardly 1200-1500 worth room

Cons:

No cleanliness. Not worn for money. Complimentary break fast is waste. Serves only dosa and Tomato rice. Rest all need to be ordered as Alacartey.
No proper DG back up. In the night 3 times power went of. I have to go to reception, wake the staff up and ask him to start the DG.
Bed sheet, Pillows and spread are full of dirt. No Hygiene.
