Easy to find, good beds, aircon
Slow service at breakfast, staff working hard but too few of them for the number of diners.

Lack of information in rooms re local amenities. Staff were really helpful but some information given was always accurate.
Spacious room, friendly staff.
Hotel was a bit grubby and warm in places. Breakfast had a couple of issues.

for breakfast we asked for the vegetarian option and they gave us the breakfast with a meaty sausage !!!!!
My wife had a manicure but she dis expect to have it so badly done
when i booked the spa for wife via the hotel the questionare aske if i wanted a male or female for the massage i asked for a female and on the day it was a male !!!! the person giving the masaage was far to strong and the experience was not relaxing at all
Excellent location for Bicester village shopping. Great for a weekend away. I will definitely be back.
