Travel Information: Driving towards Chesterton along Green Lane, the hotel driveway is the next left after the buildings marked WIG.

When booking for 6 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.

Spa treatments must be pre-booked in advance prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. The property cannot guarantee availability without booking in advance.

There are specific pool times for children's swimming.

Gray's Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday 6.30pm - 9pm (last sitting 8.30pm). It is essential that all guests pre-book their table at the restaurant prior to arrival as spaces are limited.

The restaurant is closed on New Year's Eve for an event. Tickets are available in advance. Please contact the property for more information.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

An average stay
Pros:

The food was lovely but slow service at dinner time.

Cons:

The hotel could do with a bit of TLC. I felt it was overpriced for what we got but we must have been paying for the location.

I wasn’t happy overall
Pros:

Breakfast was average. You had to walk outside of the building in the cold and rain to come into another building for breakfast , not good 😌

Cons:

Staff could of been better
Room’s could of been a bit more up to date ie bedding and furniture
The bed had springs that you could feel going into your back
I mean paying just under £950 for 4 nights is a RIP OFF
We booked something else they showed us something else
Would I go again NO.
SPA was beautiful
1 chap called Stuart was brilliant on the desk very helpful He should be promoted to become a manager

Don’t go unless it’s summer

Good pool and gym

Cons:

The front desk didn’t know they had a tennis court. There website was incorrect and a lot of the activities they offer are not provided by them. When we arrived 90% of the activities were not available until February. The bedroom didn’t have any draw handles so you couldn’t use the draws. Around the bath was dirty. There was a lot of beers cans left in the gym toilets. The food was extremely overpriced for wha it was. The facilities were open to the public so they were often busy.

No hot water for showers
So we couldn’t use the spa either or take a shower which is pretty basic
Carpets filthy it was like a wet hotel rather than a spa hotel
My parents anniversary was ruined.
The staff were fine but the had their hands tied with really poor maintenance of the hotel
