Le manoir est un beau bâtiment bien gardé. Le propriétaire du studio est une personne gentille et professionnelle. La studio en lui même est agréable, et la piscine sur le rooftop de l’immeuble est un vrai plus.

It was fine, but really underwhelming, fair offering for the price.
The room was tired. Leftover stuff from previous guests, some trash in the nooks and crannies, dirt in the corners. Just like a 10% effort was made to clean it. The property was ok but also felt like it needed a refresh 10 years ago. Ruined couches in public area.
I have stayed in the Manor many times. Great (if confusing!) local market behind. 24hr 7-Eleven downstair - expensive but handy if needed (the Winmart in the adjacent building is better value). Elevators are usually quick. Easy to get Grab transport and meals - most drivers seem to know it. Braving the six lane highway at front gets you to the upmarket restaurants and shops at Central Park and Saigon Pearl. New metro is about a ten minute walk away.
Personally, I think the Manor is becoming overpriced. I know the Saigon real estate market is overheated but the Manor is getting old and it is hit and miss if you get a studio that has been properly renovated. Great to have a pool but it is small and overcrowded at the peak times you might want to use.
The apartment was very comfortable, one of best value for money, the location is a very great nearby landmarks area with a lot of different stores and restaurants, the bed was very comfy cosy , room very clean with an overhead projector netflix included there was a very clean and large swimming pool on the rooftop 25 th floor , i will come back there for sure
