For this price you should be able to find something better
Pros:

Location
Fridge, ac, (very small) balcony, shower screen, swimming pool, water heater

Cons:

Washing mashine could not be used: the powercord was to short, there was not water inlet and no water outlet.
The tv wasonly ‘smart tv” but nothing was accessible, so tv was useless too.
Sometimes no internet
The 3rd daythe ac in the living room fell put every 15 minutes without the timer being active. Luckily there was a separate airco in the bedroom
Sometimes the key-card to have elevator acces to the 10th floor (where my room is) did’nt work, so I had to select the 9th floor (where the swimming pool is), and than take the stairs to the 10th. The security did not want to help me.
Despite the 4 elevators, you mostly had to wait 10 minutes because of the 55 floors and many rooms per floor (disadvantage of a big tower)
Also: no toilet paper, no free water
I’ve sent several mails but i never got an answer!
