The staff is very friendly and the place is up to my expectations easy to go anywhere using Grab.

Cons:

1st day check in no water and wifi always disconnected and after feedback to the staff they rectify the matter. That's why the staff are doing a very excellent job

ants,some venue close,music till 3am,not overly loud,it sounded like a mix of live band with some videoke,thankfully not all videoke,nothing worse than listening yo some ignorant that actually truly believes they can sing,was there 4 weeks and didnt notice it in the first week

Cons:

No toiletries, the towels are obviously not washed because there are dozens of hair strands embeded on them. The facility is ancient, wooden walls are vandalized and paint is chipped off. The owner does not even bother repainting it given that their pricing is even more expensive than Hotel Sogo. Could've at least put soundproofing foam on the walls because you can hear all the noise from the outside of the building, the rooms on both sides and the room above. The bathroom fixtures are all rusted, no tissue holder, there are bugs and live cockroaches.
