Comfortable, met our needs but bring Mosquito spray!
Pros:

Room was large, balcony with a chair to sit on, nicely decorated, amenities in the bathroom and a fridge for water. Lovely location in Old town, all walkable and much less busy than area such a Patong.

Cons:

Mosquitos in the room when we checked in were disgraceful! Live mosquitos as well as some sort of empty pods scattered everywhere on the walls in the room and shower. We spent ages when we got into the room, spraying them all with mozzy spray, and having to clean them up. We were concerned that they would just return, so kept the AC on all the time. Didn't go and inform reception to move as the property was sold out and the language barrier would have proved difficult. Never experienced such an infestation prior to arriving to a hotel, I can only imagine the balcony doors were left open after cleaning and shut without checking the room.

Wonderful hotel at a fair price.
Pros:

I liked everything. The room's floor plan, waterfall shower, quiet air conditioner, balcony, smell in the room, water pressure, security door lock, kettle, etc. As well as service, friendly smiles and free light breakfast.

Номер чистый, есть вода и чай. кондей работает.

Cons:

Самое позднее заселение по всем отелям в 15 и еще более раннее выселение в 11:30 (при бронировании были другие цифры). При этом самый большой депозит за проживание 1000бат.
Завтрак ну очень плохой, рис с кусочками курицы и все, мне кажется уж омлет можно сделать! В стране полно фруктов, хоть бы что то было на завтраке.
Мы были после перелета, и пришли на ресепшен, а он на улице фактически, нет кондея - духота страшная. Т е даже ждать своего номера пришлось бы в духоте, обливаясь потом.
Я бы не рекомендовала этот отель.

2. The staff was a bit rude to my friend, insisted my friend to share my passport when i wasn’t reach phuket yet
