I booked for my wife ,having travelled more than 12 hrs ,when she arrived she was told the room was booked but not paid for ,she rang me in Australia at 3 am .I recieved comformation and a reciept of payment on the 3rd of Febuary The booking was for the 12 th Febuary .Just not good enough. I would like an explanation please.
Close to the busy street for food and shopping
I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with several aspects. The male receptionist with glasses on duty at night was unfriendly, dismissive, and rude. The shower only provided lukewarm water—there was no hot water. The bed sheets looked dark white—not dirty, but definitely not clean-looking. I would have rated this stay as poor if it weren’t for the convenient walking distance to the shopping street, so I am giving it a fair rating.
The location near the bus terminal was great. It made getting into and out of town so easy. The last stop on the airport bus route was at the terminal. While the hotel didn't offer breakfast, it did provide a complimentary service with coffee, juice, toast and rice.

無料の朝食があった。バスターミナルが近く、旧市街まで１本道です。
部屋のクリーンアップの札を出していないと、タオル交換・グラス交換・ゴミ捨てもしません。到着時のベッドシーツはしわしわで交換したのか疑わしい。金額で我慢出来ないレベルと思う。
Muy linda habitación por el precio. También brindar un “desayuno liviano” pero muy completo a decir verdad.
Es el primer hotel de todo el viaje que nos piden un depósito en efectivo. Fue reintegrado a la salida pero no importa, creo que deberían modernizarse y tomarlo de la garantía de booking o pedir una tarjeta
