Căn hộ đẹp, sạch sẽ, nhân viên rất nhiệt tình và chu đáo; vị trí đi lại thuận tiện, gần trung tâm. Tiếc là ở ngắn ngày quá. Mình đặt có 1 đêm, muôn ở thêm mà đã hết phòng ngày sau :((

Scam property, do not use! Stay away!!!!
Pros:

Booked the accommodation at short notice due to previous accommodation cancelling.

Arrived at the accommodation and could not contact the property manager. The property has a reception but the reception does not not manage the rooms (private residences).

Tried contacting the property manager using the number supplied but number does not ring. Tried using the messaging system but no response. I escalated the issue to the Hotels.com support line and they were finally able to contact the property manager.

After waiting outside for 2 hours we were met by the property manager and advised that the property had a “water leak” and they were unable to accommodate us. They advised that a full refund would be processed and I immediately notified the Hotels.com support line of the issue. Hotels tried contacting the property manager to confirm but was unable to make contact. A dispute and refund request was raised through the Hotels support team at the time. We then booked alternate accommodation and left.

Since returning from our trip, Hotels.com have advised that they are unable to obtain approval from the property manager and are unable to refund the cost of the stay.

Stay away from this property! Property is a scam!
