Pros:

位置真的很方便，搭長途巴士幾乎都在這區上下車。老闆娘很風趣！價格便宜，特別適合短暫過夜的人

Cons:

由於鄰近鬧區，半夜音樂聲會傳進來、玩到半夜的其他住客也不會控管好音量，有可能影響睡眠。房間內沒有棉被或薄被，燈泡有一半是壞掉的，沒有吹風機可以吹頭髮。最慘的大概是沒有電梯，要自己扛著行李走窄窄的樓梯上五樓。

Preis/ Leistung ist unschlagbar!
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zentral, aber recht ruhig. Sehr sauber. Die Betten und die Matratzen sind sehr gut, nicht zu weich, stützt den Rücken. Klimaanlage hat sehr gut funktioniert. Der Kühlschrank leider nicht.
Wir können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Preis/Leistung ist top. Viele gute Lokale in direkter Umgebung.

Nachtischlampe hat nicht funktioniert.

Great value, great Owner and staff, great location, And stairs were great exercise :)
Pros:

Really excellent location for nightspots and restaurants etc. Close to Bus transport departure points. Really nice staff. A budget hotel but very good value for money. Only issue is not lift so check if you are not great with stairs.

Not good sleep
Pros:

Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

6th floor without elevator, thats why shower pressure non existent. Really loud during night and even noises from inside the hotel. Obviously the area is loud, but the location of the hotel is not good.

Pros:

Clean, comfy beds, location. For couple nights it’s ok, you got what you are paying for.

Cons:

Booked 3Beans - got hotel next to it “Koniko” owner says “same same”, I got many hotels. She was very kind (as all Vietnamese people in general :), so we accepted sudden change. Not big issue for couple nights.

Pros:

I booked a room a month before my arrival, but when I arrived - it turned out that there were no free rooms and I was transferred to another hotel further from the city center to the fifth floor without an elevator. The man who introduced himself as the owner of the hotel cheated me for 40 euros, when I asked him to talk to the seller of the motorcycle, he indicated the price higher than it really was. In general, don't deal with this hotel.
