Pros:

This condo unit is located in IT Park, Cebu, one of the safest and most accessible areas in the city, close to everything you need. The unit is at the end of the floor, away from the elevator, making it quiet and peaceful. What you see in the photos posted is exactly what’s inside: clean, spacious and comfortable, with extra beds included. The host and caretaker are very responsive to any queries.

Pros:

Excellent experience overall. The condominium unit was modern, well equipped, and exceptionally clean. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. A great stay from start to finish.

Great stay and great location. Check in was simple. Fantastic to have a washing machine.

Super loved our stay! We were going to extend as we really liked our stay
Pros:

Location is great.The unit is clean and super comfortable, the place feels homey and elegant at the same time. So worth it! The hosts were very accommodating and replies right away when we had inquiries. Highly recommend to book this stay.

We LOVED our stay there and would really book again if we go back to Cebu soon.

Everything is just what we needed. We are more than happy with our stay. Location is very convenient. We would definitely book again here if we ever return to Cebu soon. Thank you!

Cons:

Only recommendation is to somehow make the window locks safer and childproof because it can easily be opened by a toddler, which is very unsafe.
