Pros:

Das Personal und die Freundlichkeit sind sensationell. Tolles Frühstück und die Sauberkeit. Man schläft fantastisch in den Betten.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und dennoch nicht weit entfernt, von Allem was benötigt wird. Toller Ausblick und die Zimmergröße. Ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Hier ist der Kunde im Vordergrund.

Cons:

Etwas mehr Deko wäre toll in den Zimmern. Sonst alles super.

L'emplacement près de la plage, le personnel très attentionné, la qualité des chambres et équipement. La navette pour aller dans la vieille ville.

Cons:

- navettes un peu tardives le soir, il manquait un intermédiaire vers 20h
- le petit déjeuner pas inclus dans la réservation c'est dommage.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden
Pros:

Süsses Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Schöner Aussenbereich mit Bar und Pool. Das Meer liegt in der Nähe und etwa 1 km entfernt ein Strand mit vielen Restaurants.
Unser Zimmer was sauber und die Betten sehr bequem.
Das Zimmer und deren Ausstattung sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber immer no verwendbar.
Frühstück haben wir eher als klein empfunden.

Cons:

Frühstück dürfte mehr im Angebot haben.

Loved it.
Pros:

The staff were just lovely. Couldn't do enough for you and so smiley. Reception staff particularly lovely and our welcome by Daisy was outstanding.
The bedroom was a good size and I liked the shower.

Cons:

Nothing really. The hotel isn't in the town but a Grab is c£2, so not a problem. There could be a few more sunbeds by the pool.

Kameralny hotel z przyjaznym personelem w ciekawej okolicy
Pros:

Niewielki, kameralny hotel, położony niedaleko od historycznego centrum Hoi An i miejskich atrakcji i równocześnie zdala od miejskiego zgiełku, w spokojnej nadmorskiej dzielnicy, w niewielkiej odległości od plaży (co prawda niezbyt czystej - jak to plaża w Wietnamie). W zasięgu krótkiej wycieczki rowerowej zielone pola ryżowe (byliśmy w lutym). Hotel posiada przyjemny ogród z niewielkim basenem. Smaczne śniadania i niezłe dania z karty. Dobre koktaile. Bardzo czysto. Personel przyjazny i pomocny, bardzo się starał, aby masz pobyt upłynął komfortowo.

Pros:

. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et donnait sur la piscine
. La piscine est super belle et très agréable, l’espace jardin également
. Le buffet petit-déjeuner est varié, complet, et bon
. La mise à disposition des vélos gratuitement est géniale, ce qui permet de rejoindre tous les points d’intérêt
. Tout le personnel est adorable et nous avons même eu droit à un petit cadeau de départ, jolie attention ! :)

Idéal pour se détendre et profiter de Hoi an
Pros:

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel! Le personnel est serviable et souriant, les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien agencées. La piscine est top et dispose d’un bar restaurant ouvert toute la journée. L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier calme proche de la plage et des commerces le tout accessible en vélo que vous pouvez emprunter directement à la réception. Une navette gratuite est également disponible pour se rendre dans la vieille ville en moins de 10 minutes. J’ai adoré mon séjour à Hoi An!

Cons:

J’ai passé un super séjour mais la chambre peut parfois être bruyante de part la réception (j’étais juste au dessus et non loin du restaurant) et par l’es évacuation d’eau.
Dans l’ensemble cela reste des détails

Great small Hotel near Beach/Oldtown
Pros:

- The staff!! Daisy, Libby, Chan and Wendy were amazing Like all the other staff. Friendly, nice and very helpful :)
- breakfast was really good! Great coffee
- nearby Restaurants, Cafés, Beach (5-6 minutes Walk) and lot of massage places
- 10 minutes Grab ride to Hoi An Oldtown
- nice Pool
- small but good Gym
- clean rooms, comfy bed
- balcony
- playground in the Lobby - our baby girl loved it! :-)

Muito bom hotel, com ótimo atendimento.
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, com várias opções de todos os tipos e todas bem feitas. As instalações eram ótimas e a massagem foi excelente também.

Pros:

Le personnel, surtout Iris qui nous a été d'une grande aide. Le balcon, le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

L'emplacement n'est pas super près dune grande route. Nous avons eu une 1ere chambre qui sentait lhumidite. Nous avons changé pour d'autres raisons. La 2eme chambre était sous les toits, une bonne chose pour nous, mais une ventilation sur les toits faisait du bruit toute la nuit. J'imagine que c'est comme ca pour tout le dernier etage.

Wat een fantastisch hotel! Rustig gelegen vlakbij het strand en op enkele km van Hoi An centrum wat met gratis shuttle goed bereukbaar was.Geweldig personeel, vooral Libby en Wendy due heel behulpzaam waren. Surplus, een geweldig lekker ontbijt
