This property has a good balcony
Beds were not comfortable, and there was no sofa bed (similar to the one in the picture).
One large bed was on the ground with a bad quality of the bed sheet.
There was no vacuum cleaner and also limited tissues.

住宿地點離各個地鐵站大約走路是10分鐘以上路程，也不是太遠。
Good information about the facilities in the apartment in English. Quiet area and easy access.
The bed was a mattress on the floor next to the balcony doors which made it very drafty. No larger plates or glasses, nor any larger bowls. Just small bowls, plates and cups.
La ubicación nos pareció muy buena, cómoda y tranquila. Está cerca de las estaciones de shin Okubo y Okubo, bastante más cómodas y tranquilas que la de de Shinjuku, en la que hay mucha más gente. El apartamento perfecto para una pareja, y tenía todo lo necesario. Aunque la cama es un colchón en el suelo, es comodo y tiene almohadas cómodas.
La zona de la cama estaba un poco más fría que el resto, quizás porque está al lado del balcón y en el suelo. Y la última noche parecía escucharse muy fuerte algún aparato, creemos que el aire acondicionado de los vecinos.
Location is excellent. Quiet area and close to everything. Clean and practical. Highly recommend. Check in instructions clear.
The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to the metro and 7 eleven close by. The instructions were the best I have ever encountered which was very important to me as this was my first time in Japan. Very clear and easy to understand. Overall very happy with our stay, close enough to walk to Shinjuku yet in a lovely quiet area. Would highly recommend.
Main Shinjuku station is a bit of a walk away if you have your luggage to take with you
The location was nice, but you do need to walk a bit to the public transport. There's not much in the neighbouring streets, we had to go about 20mins at least to be in an area with restaurants and entertainment. I really liked the dryer function in the bathroom, it dried our clothes super fast.
The place was quite small and the bed/mattress on the floor felt weird in the beginning. We also worked from here, but there was only one chair, so one of us had to be on the couch, which is not the most comfortable. If you're there to just sleep, I'd say it's good.
Appartamento è piccolo ma dotato di tutte le cose necessarie, lavatrice, forno, frigo.
È vicino alle stazioni della metropolitana circa 500 mt. e 700/800 mt. dalla centralissima Shinjuku.
Ma niente in particolare, avrei voluto qualche appendi abito o ganci per i vestiti, e delle mensole per le proprie cose personali in bagno.

It was affordable, and it was walkable to Shinjuku station.
We were disappointed that the bed was just a mattress on the floor - the photos made it seem like a proper bed on a frame. Also the room was quite tight for all the furniture that was in there - the futon was overhanging the mattress by a couple inches. My biggest gripe is it seemed like this rental was run illegally. The host never took our passport information, which all our other hosts were required to do in Japan, and their contact information was a foreign phone number (not Japanese).
Good location, nice short walk to the metro. Clean and spacious.
I needed to do laundry but they didn’t have any laundry detergent available.
