Asked for towel and housekeeper said no. No hot tub/spa. Hardly any breakfast to choose from. No creamer for coffee. And no coffee maker in room.

The lobbies were very dirty and smelly. No housekeeping showed up unless we asked and they only replaced the towels.

this hotel needs some repairs of various things...the walls in the room could use some paint to cover up chips, the toilet seat needs to be replaced. The towels were old, stained, and need to be replaced. I had to lift the cover of the toilet and reset the drain as the toilet must have been running from when the room was cleaned from when i checked in.....

I want to refund my money because me booking this hotel for one night. We just stayed there in the room for a couple one hour because they’re the bad thing I mentioned to the bed is very bad. And the remote is not working some is very hot and that earth condition I mean AC we change for a cold but nothing I want to refund my money because I am was now stay there for one night just for one hour.

The breakfast was quite minimal and there was no protein at all to be found. It advertised a hot tub but it was extra and had to be booked ahead. The noise from the highway was quite loud.

Very poor selection of breakfast/no fruit, cereal, milk, pastries or yogurt. All sliced bread. Juice avail 50% of breakfast time and never after. Large crack in hallway floor above office causes ankle injuries! Stairway carpet wore out. Mold covered bathroom ceiling! Leaking fridge seal. Loose outlets.

Hallways dirty, carpet dirty, doors and windows glass were dirty. Bathroom tiles needed to be caulked they were loose .

Dirty. There were stains on the towels, bed sheets, carpet, curtains, and walls. Stinky. The hallways smelt like sewer. The room smelt like mildew. Not secure (side door lock was missing, anyone could come in).

It literally smelt like cigarettes a big ashtray it was ok other then that I guess it should have been better and mot smell

They told me to cancel my reservation. I did what they told me to do. They still took my $150 and told me they're not gonna give it back to me they robbed me and lied to me, they canceled my reservation and said they're keeping my money after they told me to cancel it. And I did exactly what they told me to do. This place is a scheme, a ponzi scheme as dirty as hell and they're liars, they'll take your money, I reserved it, they said free cancelation, how was it free when they took my $150? That's not free.

The breakfast was horrible, basically cereal 🤦‍♀️

I went.to buy some snacks.
Girl working was, less than uninspired.

She looked at me in disgust.
It was, as if she were sleeping an annoyed I woke her up.

Grumpy, dirty looks and did not say one word.

Not a single word.

Then, in the morning I went out to my cat. We had gotten 10 inches of snow.

Whoever plowed the lot, seemed to have been very lazy.
When I used to plow, I turned.the plow to move snow away from the cars.

Whoever plowed, seemed like he/she did the opposite and left a huge snow bank of wet heavy snow in front of each car.

Not sure if he knew what he was doing, or was.just a dick.

Glad I dug out before it froze.

Wet, sticky snow...freezes like concrete.
