Pros:

Bữa sáng vừa đủ, k có nhiều món, nhưng ăn ngon, quan cảnh đẹp, nhân viên phục vụ rất tốt và nhiệt tình.

Cons:

Phòng Bi-a khá vắng, có lẽ do thu phí 60k/h nên công ty mình cũng ít bạn chơi. Nhiều bạn đi theo công ty, thì họ quan ngại việc phải bỏ thêm tiền.

Quiet Heaven
Pros:

This is the absolute quietest and most peaceful vacation place that we have experienced in all of Vietnam.

Though we do not speak Vietnamese, the staff have been kind, accommodating, and responsive.

Our cabin had everything we needed. They even accommodated our special request for a small chair in the shower for easier bathing.

As a disabled person, there were some steps, but this resort was welcoming and walkable. They are bicycles and electric carts for those who prefer those.

Hearing the frogs at nights and the birds in the days healed something that only nature can heal. The trees and nature provide a calm and privacy unique to green things.

There are 3 swimming pools, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and numerous sports and bar games for those who like more activities.

Even though it was full for the holiday weekend, we never felt crowded.

We had a great weekend unwinding and spending time with family and friends.
Pros:

Great selection for breakfast buffet. Pretty close to Hanoi's centre. Beautiful landscaping and tropical fauna.

Few facilities need updating.

Under expectation and spent. Pleasege us the offer more pratical on your offer.
Pros:

It is good varies offer for breakfast.
We had dinner at Vresort- Ould give 10 point as very good taste, dinning room looks proper clean.
Swimming pool water from quelle also could give 9 poits by comfort and cleaness.

Cons:

Facilites are poor.
We booked Mountain View but the room facing direct Main road, very dusty and noisy. booking.com should be at site and offer as describe. That made us felt fool and on top paid 100 k to move one room looking into swimming pool and mountain view.
Cleaness rest room need improve. Beside some facilities need changing.
It is not worth as money spent.
