Pleasant experience
Pros:

The hotel is new and beautiful. So, can’t get wrong about that. Everything is clean and immaculate. Stuff members are polite and willing to help.

I had some issues with maid service. They cleaned at their own pace and ignored the requests

Loved the sea. The hotel and staff is poor.
Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

*Not clean (dining tables, rooms, etc) I developed a stomach bug!
*Staff were rude and not helpful.
* The room I booked was not full sea view and noisy
*Not worth been a 5* hotel
* Had weird food opening times and no room service.
*Steam never worked
*The beach chairs were not managed properly and again not clean.
*Not enough fruit or real juice.

Disappointed with the staff
Pros:

There was a good variety of food and the facilities were clean

Cons:

The staff was often rude and not accommodating, we were a fairly big group of people and when we would order more than 2-3 drinks in one go the staff would clearly show that they are annoyed and make faces. We also had 3 birthdays while we stayed there, when we asked to have a simple cake for one of the celebrations, we were told that it will cost 200 eur and in the end they outright refused to do it because they said the hotel is at full capacity.
