The cleanliness and maintenance of the surroundings are impeccable. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist you with any inquiries or needs. I’m definitely planning to return for a longer stay.

Cons:

I would like to provide you with a recommendation: I suggest that you verify that all the air conditioners are working at their maximum capacity, particularly those located in the rooms. Unfortunately, the air in the room we occupied did not cool as expected. However, rest assured that the staff will take care of fixing it promptly.

Un apartamento lindo, ubicado en un conjunto espectacular - pero que necesita de cariño y cuidado
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación. La casa también estaba bien distribuida, con espacios cómodos en sala y cocina. Tienen un espacio espectacular que podría aprovecharse mejor con ciertas mejoras en mantenimiento y equipo de cocina

Cons:

1. El agua caliente no funciona. La explicación dada: que toca esperar a que llegue. El agua baja caliente, pero se enfría en 3 minutos. Es decir, toca bañarse en 3 minutos.
2. La estufa no tenía encendedor, ni siquiera nos mandaron uno. Nosotros tuvimos que comprar. Hay una hornilla que se apaga.
3. Hay un desorden terrible en el closet de ropa de cama. La empleada podría pasarse junto con sus supervisores - para que le exijan cuidar más las sábanas y toallas. No es posible que nadie revise.
4. Les falta un sartén más pequeño para huevos o algo pequeño. Todos son enormes y si uno cocina varias cosas pues no caben, porque la estufa solo tiene una medida y no es extendible.
5. En general a la casa le hace falta más cariño y cuidado. Con eso queda 100 de 100

Pros:

Close to the water. Air conditioning was called nice terrace. Very quiet to sleep at night. I'm very picky with beds. It was really comfortable. I did not have a sore back. That was a pleasant surprise

Cons:

We didn't have hot water until the next morning. Somebody forgot to turn on the heater. Cold showers the first night sucked
