OLaGi 2 là khách san rất tệ lần đầu tiên tôi gặp
Pros:

Phải nói thật sự là đáng buồn cho kì nghỉ tại khách sạn OLAGI 2. Đầu tiên là sai đĩa chỉ là 1/5 nguyễn đình chiểu chứ không phải 34 sương nguyệt ánh. Làm Chúng tôi mất tiền taxi đi tìm. Thật bất ngờ hơn khi nhận phòng, phòng nhỏ không như quảng cáo trên trang, màn cửa và ra trải giường thì bẩn ố đốm vàng tiện nghi thì cũ kỹ ghé ngồi rách nát, đẹm ghé thì rất bẩn đến xì.. Qua ngày thứ 2 thì bị mất nước đến hơn 22h tụi mình mới tắm được, khi có nước lại thì phải chờ nước nóng cuối cùng mình phải dùng ấm đun để nấu nước mới tắm được. Do khách sạn này dùng nước trực tiếp không có bồn chứa và dùng hệ thông nóng lạnh bằng năng lượng mặt trời. Qua sự việc trên thật sự chúng mình rất bực mình đã vậy nhân viên phục vụ còn nói những câu khó nghe, thậm chí lên tiếng chối bỏ trách nhiệm. Nếu mà không đặc phòng tại booking trả tiền trước thì mình đã trả phòng ngày từ đầu. Tụi mình ở 7 ngày trong 7 ngày đó không thấy dọn phòng, khi nào mình yêu cầu thì mới dọn, tiêu chuẩn nước uống và Cafe hằng ngày cũng không có, khi yêu cầu thì nhân viên đưa nước không rõ nguồn gốc ( nước tự làm dùng cho nội bộ)
Tóm lại là khách sân này rất tệ và trên cả tệ. Mong mọi người lưu ý khi có ý định chọn khách san này.

Cons:

Tất cả mọi thứ xảy ra minh có thể cho qua nếu nhân viên phục vụ nói năng nhã nhặn hơn, biểt nhận lỗi và biểt khắc phục, thì mọi chuyện sẽ tốt đẹp hơn.

We stayed at OLAGI Hotel 2 and loved how peaceful yet conveniently located it was. Just a short ride to the city center, but far enough to enjoy the quiet and nature.

Rooms are cozy, clean, with nice open windows and great views – rare to find in mid-range hotels. We loved the boutique vibe: private, well-designed, and not crowded.

Staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay feel personal and comfortable. Everything from room amenities to service was well thought out.

Nice hotel with great location
Pros:

Great location! so many restaurants and local food stores around, 2 mins walking to Xuan Huong lake.m, easy to get taxi, etc.

Cons:

You can not use elavator to go to 4th floor, so hard to bring your stuffs there.
