Good seaside location near Zadar.
Pros:

Our room had a great view of the water and was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good and the staff had helpful suggestions for parking in Zadar.

Cons:

The property maintained a supposedly heated pool but it was too cold for swimming. That was disappointing but it was nearly the end of the season.

Pros:

The beach just at hotel’s foot with sun beds and umbrellas. Good AC in the room.
Confortabile shower

Cons:

The room was very small. Poor choice for breakfast (no croissant or any sweet). The parking was on top of a very steep street. Not a for stars hotel
