Tuvimos un cambio en nuestro vuelo, por lo que debimos hacer migración y ya no pudimos acceder al hotel.
Avisamos del inconveniente para cancelar.. Y nos cobraron igual todo el monto de la reserva de 2 habitaciones..

Perfect for a long transit time in Guarulos
Pros:

Perfect for long in tranist time. The hotel is inside terminal 3, very closed from most gates.
Is quiet, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is also ok, only the capuccino and coffee machine were horrible.

Terrible Experiencia, me cobraron no show y nunca me contestaron

Nada, no pude tomar el servicio

Cons:

Me escribieron indicando que ellos estaban dentro del terminal y yo estaba llegando a Brasil. Que si yo no podia tomar el servicio podia cancelar sin costo alguno, les dije que no podia tomarlo porque debia recoger mis maletas que me indicaran cómo proceder con la cancelación. Nunca me contestaron y además me cobraron por no show.

Good airport hotel inside international transit area.
Pros:

It was perfect for a long layover. The breakfast was decent and the room was clean. We only spent a few hours here and most of that we were asleep.

Cons:

The outdoor area could be cleaned more often, it's mostly used by smokers so it would be nice if ashtrays were emptied more often so that it didn't smell like cigarettes as much.
