Overall my stay was good.
Pros:

All the staff was really nice and respectful. The facility was clean.

Cons:

I did not like the room service, they didn't clean the restroom to my standards. There was other people's hair throughout the restroom and int the shower.

An excellent hotel to book if going to the USA Consulate
Pros:

The hotel's location is perfect for visiting the USA Consulate. It sits on the same street side as the consulate, and it took me no more than 5 minutes to walk there every morning. It is also located next to a Wendy's and a Denny's, which are not high-end dining places but are tasty enough. The hotel and rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet was always well-stocked and surprisingly tasty. The kitchen staff was always extremely friendly and willing to help with my requests. Lastly, the hotel's van service to the airport and bus station was very convenient.

Cons:

The reception is always very short on staff, with only one person available for check-ins and customer service. To make matters worse, their system kept crashing, so the staff couldn't accept payments or provide the room key cards. This created long queues and long waits. Finally, the dining area where breakfast is served has a limited number of tables and chairs, which makes it difficult to find a seat after grabbing your breakfast from the buffet.

Me gusto que todo queda sercas el centro comercial el consulado y del hotel todo limpio muy buen desayuno y todo muy trankilo

Lo que no me gusto que estábamos en el desayuno y llegó una chica y nos quitó el plato de la mesa y aún estábamos comiendo y les falta ser más serviciales más comunicación con los huéspedes
