The room. Lots of room.
Parking was expensive. The pool bar was closed.
The property was excellent.. the staff friendly and helpful
There was not anything that I didn’t like
The location was perfect.
The owners were good enough to add birthday wishes upon arrival.
Air conditioning was faulty the whole time with water poori g out of the grills.The apartment was in need of upgrade.
The main pool deck was closed for refurbishing.
This meant 2 large blocks had to use one very small pool deck.
Over a weekend sunbeds and chairs were none existent.
The sofa in the lounge was absolutely filthy.
We checked out 2 days early because nothing I complained about was resolved. Reception said I should be entitled to a refund for the 2 days at least!
I asked for a refund but the company Homestakes have ignored my request.

It is a great place to stay. We had a wonderful time, and everything was perfect. I will definitely recommend staying there. It is a luxurious place for your vacation!
The apartment is nice in general at a quick glance.
but needs a much better shower in the master bedroom (not shower but something done about the strength of the water come out of it). Needs updating and a touch up here and there, but not bad in general. W Facility access is not great and the cost have access to the W for the day is extortionate just to use the pool, etc over $100 a day!

The maintenance in this building is horrific for a W hotel - they should be embarrassed! Don’t rent from the HomeStakes property managed units.
The Views from the Balcony during the day and night are breathtaking, The Beds are SOOO comfortable it made the stay so pleasant. The Owners went out of their way to make sure I had everything needed!
Everything, was completely as advertised
Booking.com amazing price. The perfect sized room felt like an apartment not a hotel suite. Our views were perfect. The pools and hot tub are nice and warm plenty of room.
It took several days before the elevators worked efficiently.

Everything was extremely expensive at this resort but I guess that’s par for the course when you’re on vacation!
Great location and very comfortable accommodation. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen has most things that we needed to prepare some easy meals.
The daily resort fee caught us by surprise. It might be a good idea to include it in the daily cost and the associated benefits for full transparency.
