1. Advertised as 81 Newport Boulevard. Upon Arrival was "TOLD SORRY SIR YOUR ROOM HAS BEEN TAKEN" Waited for caretaker to finally show up and was ushered to another BLDG next door old Discusting filthy ground floor room. Barely running water for shower, cockroach infested, smells of Mould from Mould infested Bathroom, no toilet paper upon Arrival. Badly installed Aircon system which was on the floor, had big gaps in the walls for rats to come in during night time.

2. Upon booking, no information is given by host of room No and Bldg no. Numerous emails were sent and phone call made with no response.

Very good location to stay for catching very early flight. Good in general
Pros:

Very near Terminal 3, it takes only 15' walk to reach the check-in counter. The place is clean and in good condition.
Fast and simple check out procedure, very helpful for those who need to catch night flight. Check in time is flexible.

Cons:

The aircon blow directly to the bed, which is not good, better adjust location to avoid direct air flow to body. For first time booking it is quite confusing as there is no room and building assigned in advance. Only at arrival the rooms are assigned. Our group of 4 were given 2 rooms in 2 different buildings.
