Look new but not maintained cleanliness

Cons:

Staff behaviour was not, Two days before I had informed the hotel that I will be reaching the hotel by 21:30pm as I was travelling from the train. Once I reached I requested to provide one hour extra time for check out i.e. at 1:00pm, as I checked in at 21:30pm. As wit was only for 15hrs stay... But they denied, even when the hotel rooms were vacant for the next day. Clean not done for the bathroom full of stains and spillages

Pros:

Location is on main highway, which is very convenient. Very easy to find.

Cons:

Getting vehicle parking is difficult as its very much attached to the Private Bus stand & Auto stand in front of the hotel.

It is centrally located right on top of private bua stand

Cons:

The rooms were higher price online than advertised in front of hotel. The room amenities were nothing but 1 water bottle 1 soap and 1 towel. When asked for additional towel , the hotel owner said they only give 1 towel per room for 4 people. The outside noise from bus stand was too much during morning to evening hours. Water smelled bad. Overall not worth money they charge. They have even cancelled my reservation probably to not pay the service fee to booking..com despite I staying in the room

Good place but staff should be revamped

No breakfast at the location

Cons:

Positives: Spacious room, very good interior and good location.
Issues: Staff and their attitude appalling. They don't switch on the power back (generator never on auto on/off mode), we have to plead them to switch the gen on. The lady receptionist cum care taker is always busy talking to her relatives/ friends on the entrance sofa, anything and everything results in very vague replies. They give one towel for double occupancy and say that is how it works here. Cobwebs found in the room.The night duty staff sleeps like a dead wooden log, it takes lot of effort to wake him up...the plight without power in summary is imaginable. Suggest the owner to revamp the staff, and this will result in better occupancy rate. Overall good place bearing the staff.
