love the location. so convenient to get everywhere, my fitness first gym is just across the road, eateries just below the condominium, can just jog around the road
It is a last minute late night booking and the check in process (via WhatsApp due to timing) is well accommodated. The room / suite is extremely clean, basic amenities provided as listed, has a kitchen equipped with microwave, water filer, rice cooker, kettle and tableware, good WIFI connection and easy check out too. It is annexed to a shopping mall so going down for lunch / dinner and grocery shopping is convenient.

This is really in a great location, the apartments connect to the 163 Shopping Mall which is really handy. Just go down the elevator, up the escalator and you're in the shopping mall. Nice pool and gym area. It was also a quite apartment complex which I liked. I never had to wait for the lifts either. Internet speed was good also. I would stay here again as the location is great.
No glasses in the kitchen.
The staff were approachable and responsive. Specially the person who checked me in a very nice and polite gentleman. Great amenities, location was great, mattress was comfortable. Place is spacious. Would go back here again for sure.
Paying deposit and refund was a hassle. Nowadays payment by bank cards pretty much is enough security and a lot of places stopped taking deposit.
