Comfortable two bedroom apartment with cats for entertainment
Pros:

Nice comfortable place with separate bedrooms. Gaming consoles were good although we didn’t use the PC’s, just the Nintendo we had in the room. Reasonably handy to the to the old town and Metro. The cats were full of attitude as cats do and our kid enjoyed the interactions.

I asked for a non-smoking room, but could definitely tell the room I received was a smoking room as it smelt pretty pungent.

الموظفين ودودين ومتعاونين جدا
والموقع قريب منه مطاعم حلال واسلامية كثير
وتقدر تطلب فطور حلال منهم ب 20 ريال سعودي

Cons:

مره وانا نايم انفتح باب الغرفة علي من نزيل اخر ولما عرف الخطأ خرج من الغرفة وانا صحيت على دخوله علي وبلغت الاستقبال وشافوا
الكاميرات وتاكدوا من اللي حصل واعتذروا .. ولكن في مثل هالامور
الاعتذار غير مقبول على الاطلاق .. لنفترض دخلوا ومعي زوجتي وقتها !
او سرقوني وانا نايم بدون ما اشعر !!

كذلك انا خرجت وباقي لي ليله عندهم وكان اتفاقي معهم يعيدوا المبلغ لحسابي وقالوا نعم سنقوم بتحويلها لحسابك والى الان وما رجعوا اي شي .. يعني وعود كاذبة

Pros:

Loved the cats (of course especially as i was missing mine) and the art and the toilet surprise (i wont give it away).
We also liked the free laundery which was helpful on an extended trip.

Cons:

The steep slopes (we had a wheelxhair). But could manage.
The lack of instruction in English for the gaming.

Excellent place to stay at Xian
Pros:

Excellent hotel, right at the center of the city and the breakfast is a highlight (the food is really good). The rooms are spacious and have all facilities.

Comfy and special experience stay
Pros:

Very spacious, modern room and hotel itself as well. And my little daughter still talks about the cats in the hotel and it has already been month so definitely a nice experience for her too! Please continue taking care of the cats as you do now :)

Cons:

The name of the hotel was a bit different from the sign above the entrance and was a bit confusing to find it, navigate the external driver. Also the communication about airport pick up took very long and and was a bit confusing but at the end all worked out well and the driver was excellent and also the price of the hotel transport was unbeatable, thank you!
