Pros:

A very nice and clean accommodation with a magnificent view and great amenities. Perfectly located: the beach practically on the doorstep, a 5-minute walk to the bus terminal and a bus stop for the national park, also practically on the doorstep. Excellent communication with our host. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

Great mini apartment for a short stay .
Pros:

Location was good it was very clean and the bed was comfortable I slept well . Netflix was a great bonus as it rained for my entire stay .Water was in good supply in the fridge and the place was spotlessly clean . Restaurants and shops were close as was the beach .

Cons:

Towels in bath room were very small, luckily I brought my own. The kitchen cupboard facilities were poor. 1 blunt knife that wouldn’t cut bread or meat,insufficient plates and no instructions for microwave or cooker etc. the sofa was incredibly cheap and uncomfortable sea view was limited.

Good value for money and good choice in Sokcho!
Pros:

It is comfortable, clean and has everything you need. Only a few minutes walk to the bus terminal, easy to take the bus to Seoraksan Mountain or Naksansa Temple. Communication with the owner is fast and pleasant. Would absolutely recommend it.

Cute apartment in a great location - a few minutes walk to the beach and a block from the bus stop for the national park
Pros:

Compact, very functional space for a couple. Good bed and kitchen space is perfect for making a quick breakfast and packing a lunch. Our contact was amazingly friendly, helpful and quick to respond. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shared beautiful sunrise shots from the unit.

Perfect place to stay in Sokcho
Pros:

Everything here was amazing. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the bus station, close to many shops, a big supermarket, the beach and the bus to the national park. It felt very luxurious inside the residence and the bed was delightful. The bathroom and shower were superb, with lots of nice touches, especially all of the creams and bathroom essentials. Most of all, what made this stay so fantastic was the excellent communication throughout, including helpful hints and places to visit. Would definitely recommend as the perfect place to stay in Sokcho!

Pros:

The view was nice, the location was perfect for our needs (bus to Seoraksan NP, close to the bus station), the apartment had all that we needed. We had good contact with the owner/manager.

Cons:

The apartment can feel a bit small, but that depends on your expectations and needs. We had no issues with the elevator. One issue we did have (my fault) was to use Google Maps to find the place, which directed us to "The Mark Sokcho Residence", far from Sokcho #16. When we asked a passerby, he was equally confused, but then kindly drove us to the right building. So my lesson (and message to you): take a good look at the address and coordinates of the apartment.

Great apartment right next to the seaside
Pros:

Great stay in Sokcho. Location right next to the seaside and a large mall. Cozy and well equipped apartment, parking included. Great views from the room. Owner is very nice and responds super quick. Would stay again any time.
