Pros:

The place is spacious and comfortable really good for a family staycation.
Ms. Melai is very accommodating and available every time we need assistance. The location is very accessible and in the City and easy to go anywhere. The facilities in the room were also complete we didn't need anything else. Recommended for anyone who needs a quiet and peaceful stay.

Cons:

Only we needed an iron as we stayed 3 days longer so our clothes needed to be pressed but other than that everything's quite amazing, we had fun and enjoyed our stay.

Could be better with more practical amenities.
Pros:

Aesthetically it is pleasing! Though its two bedroom it was too small in comparison to other places we have stayed!

Cons:

While the unit's décor was undeniably tasteful, some furnishing choices lacked practicality for our needs. For instance, the coffee mugs were smaller than we would have preferred, and there were no bowls readily available, which proved inconvenient for our family. Additionally, the sockets designated for generator use were unlabeled and located in an awkward corner of the house.

The bunk bedroom's power outlets could have been positioned more conveniently for easier access. This would have been especially helpful for charging devices.

Considering our three-day stay and having a baby with diaper needs, we found the initial supply of only one bin bag to be insufficient. Requesting additional bags felt necessary. Likewise, while we understand extra amenities may incur charges, the lack of an included blanket beyond the single flat sheet was unexpected, especially since we tend to feel cold easily. The provided bath towels were also quite thin and small, not offering the usual level of coverage.

Notably, there were no hand soaps, shower gels, or shampoo/conditioner in the dispensers available in the bathroom.

To further the point about lacking some practical amenities, there was also no flat iron available in the unit, which might be useful.
