Pros:

豪華ではありませんが、必要なものはそろっていて、短期滞在には十分でした。予算を抑えたい人には検討しやすい宿だと思います。

Cons:

Phòng chất lượng kém, nhân viên không chịu hỗ trợ đổi phòng mặc dù còn phòng trống và mình chỉ vừa nhận phòng được 30p. Lúc đó đã là 12h đêm mình cũng chấp nhận bù thêm tiền để đc đổi phòng nhưng nhân viên vẫn không chấp nhận và mình buộc phải tìm một ks khác dù đã trả tiền thuê phòng đầy đủ ở đây . Sau khi phản ánh với quản lý thì vẫn chưa nhận được hỗ trợ như đã hứa trước đó. Trải nghiệm lần này rất tệ và mình sẽ không quay lại đây nữa

It's better to book a larger room to avoid wasting time changing rooms. The staff helped me upload the room, so it didn't take much time, but it's always better if you can choose from the start. It's great for those who like being in the city center but don't want to spend too much. The room is small but sufficient, and overall it feels stable. After staying there, there's nothing particularly to complain about; I'm satisfied.

I would not recommend this hotel, we ended up booking another hotel and felt so much better.
Pros:

nothing. it was nothing like the photos.

Cons:

It had a bad smell and the walls were mouldy. We booked a room for 3 people and we had two single beds and when we asked for a third pillow they told us we would be charged for it even thought we payed for a room for 3 people. There was no hand soap and overall just felt very unclean. We decided to check out a day early and the staff told us we would be charged for that but as we were not happy with the property they would let us off. The staff were unhelpful for the most part.

Мужчина на ресепшене без причин отказался заселить меня в номер. Был очень грубый, требовал оплатить за номер в местных деньгах, но банки были закрыты. Я предложила оставить ему в залог 50 евро, но он игнорировал мою просьбу. Когда я пыталась поменять деньги у других туристов, которые живут в отеле, он мне не давал возможности с ними говорить! А затем отключил wi fi, чтобы у меня не было связи!!!

26년 3월 4일 새벽 1시, 4시 기준으로 호텔 바로옆에 닭인지 새인지 뭔지 키워서 새가 1,2번이 아닌 연속으로 15회 이상 울어 서 잠을 잘수가 없습니다 소리도 꽤 큽니다 2일 머물렀는데 힘들었어요

Phòng cũ, nhà vệ sinh có mùi cống không sạch sẽ, máy lạnh chỉnh mãi mới lên, đèn hành lang tầng 1 tối hù, có nói nhân viên thì bảo hư rồi là xong. Giá cũng đắt 418k/ đêm

Pros:

Tui đến phòng hơi muộn, nhưng homestay vẫn giữ phòng cho tui nha, check-in nhanh chóng, nv thân thiện cực. Phòng tuy nhỏ nhưng thoáng mát , sạch sẽ cực. Buổi sáng ánh sáng từng chút len lỏi vào từ hành lang — rất dịu và dễ chịu.
