Only good thing was location

Cons:

Rooms look nothing like photos online, completely misleading.
We were given a room on 5th floor which had a cockroach in it, after complaining to reception we were given another room on the 3rd floor which ended up also having cockroaches in the bathroom so we left in the middle of the night and checked into a neighbouring hotel as we couldn’t sleep there.

THIS IS A SCAM !!!! RUN AWAY !
Everything about this hotel is horrible. All the pictures are fake, the place does not look like this AT ALL.
The room are disgusting, with dirty sheets and beds. There is a big humidity problem and the smell is nauseous !
Nothing is working in the bathroom and everything looks molted.
I do not understand how booking.com can let them still offering rooms when they have such bad comments, they are stealing money from you and they will never refund you.
They came in the room while we were in it ????? And the "windows" is just a hole in the wall directly connected to another room !
It is outrageous, if I could I would report them so that they have to close this horrible place.

There was a room. We were able to leave the hotel after the 2nd day of the 4-day reservation.

It was a very bad experience. The photos do not show the actual room. It was dirty, noisy and uncomfortable.

Nothing really , bed sheets were clean but only had a sheet on . Did have a window if you wanted greasy air but it was facing a wall. Room 401 . For tiny hotel if did have a lift .

Cons:

No hot water for shower , drilling at 7am ,threadbare towels , plug sockets would not hold in adapters , air con didn’t change to heat , freezing night no bed covers

DO NOT STAY HERE. ITS A SCAM
Pros:

We didn’t even stay the night. We took one look at the room and we walked out. The woman in reception was trying to haggle with us about the online price. She even tried to tell us to give her a good review. From the entrance to the facilities everything was just horrible. The photos on booking are no where near what we saw. Mould on the walls , cockroaches in the bathroom. I wouldn’t let my dog sleep in that hotel if I had one. And when I tried to tell the woman we can’t sleep here because it was so bad she refused to cancel the booking. I got the full charge for the room and booking are no where to be seen. DISGRACEFUL

The hotel name is different from the booking.com app so we confused and can't find at the first time. We ask the staff and they also don't know about their hotel name. The hotel lobby and bedroom are dirty. The furniture is broken. The water drainage is clog. Bedroom is not soundproof so we can hear our next door very noisy.

Room smelled, bed sheet smelled, pillows smelled. Bathroom doors do not close properly. Dead ccockroaches inside bathroom. The drainage in bathroom does not work properly and starts to flood.
