Pros:

設備が揃っている。
　スタッフは常駐ではないが、掃除のスタッフが通いで来る。
　ベランダ付の部屋は南向、1月でも暖かい室内。
　近くの通りはマッサージ屋が多い。

Cons:

　強いて言えば、台所の換気扇が不可動、
油モノでなければ気にならない。
　シャワー室のタイルは滑りやすい。
　最初の管理スタッフとのヤリトリで戸惑った、
連絡して入館と入室のパスワードを貰う、何か有れば通いのスタッフか管理スタッフに連絡すれば良い。

개인취향이지만 저는 흡연자라 발코니를 선호하는데 발코니가 작아서 불편함. 그거빼고는 매우만족함

great apartment
Pros:

we stayed in the apartment for a week to wait out one of the typhoons that hit vietnam - and we loved our stay here. the apartment is well furnished, with kitchen and big fridge freezer if you wanted to cook! pans, plates, cutlery all provided to be self sufficient. bathroom was very nicely kept, free laundry service offered which was incredibly helpful. Communication with the owner was great and had all we needed for our stay. Good location in Haiphong also!

Giường êm, nước mạnh, đầy đủ dụng cụ cần thiết cho sinh hoạt. Vị trí tuyệt vời, xung quanh nhiều cửa hàng và hàng ăn, siêu thị. Nhân viên thân thiện và supportive. Không gian yên tĩnh. TV có hoạt động, mạng nhanh, sóng tốt

Cons:

Gối hơi có mùi hôi. Khăn tắm có vẻ sạch nhưng bị thủng, thùng rác nvs khó dùng. Bếp từ không bật được.

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une seule nuit en transition à The LuxHomes Apartment et c’était très bien pour y passer une nuit.
Le logement est très bien situé et à proximité de tout (restaurants, bars, spa,etc)
Tout l’immeuble est sécurisé ce qui est vraiment rassurant.
Le logement était très propre et fonctionnel.
Nous avions tout le rangement nécessaire pour poser nos affaires.
La chambre dispose également d’une climatisation et d’un ventilateur.
La salle de bain n’est pas très grande mais fonctionnelle avec tout le nécessaire de toilettes.
Pour une nuit ce logement est suffisant et dispose de tout le confort nécessaire.
L’hôte a été très réactif à nos demandes.
Ils ont même un service de lingerie gratuite incluse dans le prix ce qui est très chouette.
Nous recommandons +

Cons:

Le lit n’était pas très confortable et trop dur.
Le tapis de douche n’était vraiment pas adapté pour sortir de la douche (difficile pour se sécher les pieds car on aurait dis un tapis d’entrée de maison). De plus les serviettes pour les cheveux étaient vraiment trop petites.
Sinon tout le reste était très bien.
