Very bad room .damp walls.paints falling off.not well maintained. Tiny room.very high tariff.double of standard or actual rates.
1. Proximity to the sea.
2. Behaviour of the staff, co-operative, they will try to help.
3. Loved the AC and the Tv.
4. Great swimming pool, my baby enjoyed the pool very much. 1 extra star ⭐ just for the pool. Carry a swimming costume if you want to use the pool.
1. Rooms are not cleaned everyday. The bedsheet has not changed even after 2 nights. Towel provided to us had cotton all come out, yucky experience.
2. Water is not available at all times.
3. Bottled water not given in the room; if you want you can fill it from their Aquaguard.
4. Zomato is not allowed, so I have to take food from their restaurant. But on the restaurant menu 98% things are not available.
5. We had an early checkout, they couldn't even get us a vehicle to travel to the station and blamed me for not informing earlier.
6. There is a horrible pungent smell in the restaurant area.

The behaviour of all the staff including the manager was excellent 🤩🤩 I was super happy whenever we have requested any thing they were every time happy to assist us withe the request. And the best part is their food quality and hygiene which they maintain very efficiently.. and it's also very near to beech will 100% recommend this hotel to others as well.

The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding.
Special mention to Avijit da at the front desk who provided excellent service and local recommendations.
The restaurant staff were attentive and the food quality was exceptional.
The hotel is ideally situated near major attractions and public transportation.

From arrival to departure our stay was faultless. The room was clean and spacious and the restaurant was very hygienic. We found the manager and his team very attentive and helpful

Good location and specially food.
Nothing of the hotel is to be liked except the tube like elevator..
We got two rooms one for 4 and another for 2 persons for 5500 and 3500 which are almost double of the market price without any special facility except complementary breakfast. I personally don't recommend the hotel in terms of referring.. It was a worst experience..
