Notre pire expérience à Oludeniz
Pros:

L’entrée et la decoration du hall et des piscines sont belles, comme une jungle. Très adaptées pour faire de belles photos. La femme de ménage est souriante et très sympa

Cons:

Le personnel de l’accueil est antipathique. On affectait des chambres à des clients venus après nous et quand on demandait notre chambre on nous disait qu’elle est toujours pas prête, sans meme vérifier par appel.
Les equipements de la chambre sont très anciens, et datent de la fin des annees 90 et début 2000. La climatisation est ancienne et peu efficace. Internet est catastrophique. La porte de la salle de bain était brisée…

Pros:

Die Außenanlage mit den Pools war wunderschön gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, lecker und vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls perfekt – Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte waren schnell erreichbar. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die freundlichen und engagierten Mitarbeiter, die jederzeit bemüht waren, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer bei der Ankunft nicht ganz so sauber, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten. Außerdem befanden sich während des Frühstücks Katzen und Hunde im Speisesaal, was wir als etwas störend empfunden haben. Abgesehen davon hatten wir jedoch einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities, a great spa, and a delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

We really loved the facilities, especially the spa, which was excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the view made it even more enjoyable. Overall, the hotel was beautiful, relaxing, and we had a wonderful time.

Cons:

The walk back from the beach was quite tiring because it's uphill. . Also, one receptionist named Sultan was not very friendly, but the rest of the reception staff, especially the night shift, were polite and very helpful.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by lush greenery. There are several swimming pools, and the property looks very attractive from the outside, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet my expectations in several other areas. There was no room service or housekeeping during my stay, and there was no iron or ironing service available. Parking was not available, and communication was sometimes difficult as many of the staff did not speak English.

The room cleanliness needs significant improvement. The rooms only provided toilet paper, with no facial tissues or basic bathroom amenities. The furniture appears very old and outdated, and the internet connection was extremely poor and often unusable.

Regarding the food, I would not generally recommend it, although the pizza was quite good.

We are very happy with our stay at the hotel! The hotel is beautiful, and we stayed there with our family and our dog. T

What I liked most about the hotel was the excellent location, the lovely bungalow room, the delicious food, and the cleanliness. The housekeeping was very good, and everything was kept clean and tidy throughout our stay.

We also really appreciated that the hotel is dog-friendly and welcomes guests with dogs. This made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable as we were travelling with our dog.

Pros:

Its clean and nice looking hotel with good bohemian rooms good location

Cons:

In the check in the rooms wasn’t ready it was 30 min late
Theres no valet for the cars
The service is too slow
They don’t provide towels in the pool and u cant take out the rooms towels
No wi fi and the connection for ur own mobile is not that good
