Strategic scam
Pros:

I booked the wrong Silverio Suite address and so the booking was not used. I instead re-booked and stayed at another Silverio Suite, also in Paranaque that was more suitable for my purpose which was the one nearest the Paranaque Hospital. I asked for a refund since it was the same owner/operator and did not even get a response.

Cons:

Guests do not necessarily know that there are two Silverio Suites in Paranaque and are bound to make the wrong venue booking. The staffers confirm that this happens all the time when denying there was a booking made upon arrival. I suspect it's the ruse to re-direct the intended booking to the wrong venue. An offer of a deal is made for the wrong venue that is non-refundable and that's how they steal the payment when customers find out they've been deceived as to the proximity to the Paranaque Hospital.
