Hôtel qui mérite d'être amélioré
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à AO NANG, à 10/15 minutes de la plage et avec beaucoup de commodité à proximité immédiate (supérettes, pharmacies, salon de massage, restaurants, exchanges, ...). La piscine sur le toit est grande et très agréable avec douches, sanitaires et serviettes propres fournis.
L'hôtel dispose d'une machine à laver (+ sèche-linge), d'une salle de sport et d'un espace au dessus de la réception où l'on peut se poser pour manger par exemple.
L'établissement est plutôt récent et propre dans l'ensemble.
Tarif très abordable pour la période.

Cons:

Cet établissement a un gros problème d'évacuation. Nous avons eu une chambre avec des toilettes bouchées dès la première utilisation. On nous a changé de chambre mais le problème a persisté. Nous avons composé avec malheureusement pendant le séjour.
Le débit de la douche et du lavabo est aussi à revoir. Les lits sont aussi très haut par rapport aux standards habituels. C'est un peu perturbants surtout au réveil.
Le personnel masculin de la réception n'était pas très agréable, contrairement au personnel féminin qui avait le sourire et la gentillesse.
Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner proposé, mais ce n'est pas un souci car beaucoup de restaurants à proximité et un 7 Eleven juste en face.

Pros:

This is a great example of a hotel owner that knows their market. It is similar to a modern European backpackers in design, lots of colourful walls and staff wearing shirts that say ‘Kosi crew’. Laundry DIY facilities, a great gym, and simple clean rooms with high quality bedding. No money is wasted on chairs, wardrobes or tables. I really liked that they bothered to invest in good WiFi and cable tv! It’s rainy season, sometimes you just want to watch tv. Most Thai hotels get this wrong. Overall a very comfy stay.

Cons:

No tea or coffee facilities in the room bummed me out. They just expect you to use the cafe.
Check in 3pm was a struggle but common.
The only real room complaint is that the AC has a bright green neon light that glares you in the eyes during the night!

Very comfortable stay, highlight was the location and the extremely comfortable beds.
Pros:

The location was great, the beds were very clean comfortable. The bathrooms are nice and clean too.

Cons:

The elevator was very stinky, the air conditioner in the room was constantly leaking water.

Location was excellent very clean and the best bed ever I really enjoyed my stay here I’ve stayed in a few hotels in Ao Nang and this is great value for money and the staff are so cool

Pros:

Great place to stay if you're in ao Nang.the rooms are clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The staff are super helpful (they stored my suitcase while I travelled by boat).gym is one of the best I've used in the arena
