Pros:

La chambre avec deux lits était au dessus de la rue, avec balcon, une rue animée mais plutôt calme la nuit.
Nous avons pu réserver la suite de notre séjour au Vietnam auprès de Philipp: bus, hôtels, transferts… et tout s’est bien déroulé.

Friendly staff, helpful and all spoke very good English

Cons:

Small, and not the most comfortable room we’ve had.

Pros:

Everything started very positively for us, starting with the perfectly organized airport transfer from Booking.com.
The breakfast was very good and in sufficient quantity, as well as varied every day.
The hotel was located in a good and quiet location.
The staff was ready to assist at any time, especially Philip.

Cons:

I expected the room to be bigger.
The layout in it to be more functional.
When booking, I didn't realize that I was booking a room without windows.
The bathroom also seemed small to me, but all these things did not affect our positive mood during our stay!

Bonne expérience à Hanoi
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel au centre du vieux quartier et la gentillesse du personnel . Le petit déjeuner est excellent

Cons:

La table de chevet d’une des 2 chambres était sale . J’ai été voir la réception et ils ont nettoyé .
La douche et le wc n’ont pas de séparation donc après la douche le sol est mouillé

Por ubicación genial. Pero esperaba mas del hotel. Personal estuvo agradable

Cons:

Que hubiera un problema en la tarifa y tuviera que cargar yo con las consecuencias. Si hay un problema en las tarifas con Booking, lo tienen que arreglar entre ellos. No es problema del que se aloja

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Am frühen Morgen nichts für Veganer 😂 und schwachen Magen. 😂 Man tritt aus dem Hotel direkt in den Straßenmarkt mit den Fleischangeboten. Wenn man das kennt, kein Problem. Sehr herzlicher Empfang.

Cons:

Frühstück war an den meisten Tagen nicht so toll, weil zu wenig Personal da war. Ansonsten eher typisch vietnamesisch.
