We were happy with the location as it was just opposite the wedding venue for which we had been invited
However, in order to visit Delhi (or Gurgaon, or vicinity to airport) the location is not much appropriate.
Breakfast was not excellent but more or less OK.
Staff was friendly and helpful when being asked.
Cleanliness, especially in the public areas could be improved.
Staff is not accurate when making up the room: we had to ask repeatedly for minor things like missing tea bags, missing towels. The safe was closed when we entered the room for the first time, so it had to be opened by the staff, etc.
Had a great stay. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast and dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
